To ensure a strong start, your Account Manager will conduct a thorough setup process, which may include:

The exact actions will be tailored based on the findings during the initial audit phase.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Service Agreement
PROS provides SEO services as outlined in the selected package. Details of services, deliverables, and timelines will be specified in the project proposal or agreement.
2. Payment Terms
Clients are required to adhere to the payment schedule agreed upon prior to the commencement of services. Late payments may result in a pause or termination of services.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide necessary access to websites, analytics tools, and other relevant platforms. Timely communication and approvals are essential to ensure project progress.
4. Performance and Results
While PROS employs best practices to improve search engine rankings and traffic, specific results cannot be guaranteed due to the dynamic nature of search engine algorithms.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information and strategies discussed during the course of the project.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice of 30 days. Upon termination, any outstanding payments for services rendered will become due.
7. Limitation of Liability
PROS shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services provided.

Marketing Retainer Fee [Monthly]
Includes the ongoing management of all SEO campaigns as covered in the SCOPE OF SERVICES section of this proposal

Ad Spend Fee [10% of Required Ad Spend]
A minimum Ad Spend of $3,000 per month is required. 10% of the total ad spend per month will be added to your monthly bill.
